I highly recommend Innovative. The communication was great, the crew was very professional, and the paint looks fantastic. We got 3 bids and they were the cheapest and the quality is top notch. You won’t be sorry using these guys. As for all the 1 star reviews due to the door hangers, take these with a grain of salt. I hate solicitors too, but really just the ones that ring the doorbell and won’t leave. Who cares if they just leave a flyer? Just throw it away if you’re not interested. You’d have to be pretty crotchety to actually take the time to leave a negative review just due to a door hanger. If you need new paint don’t hesitate to use this company.

They had any color combinations we could think of to the point of so many options I could hardly tell the difference between one or the other when we finally narrowed it down. AWESOME COMPANY and EVERYONE with whom we had communications was FASTASTIC!! From the sales person, Jason, the schedulers, Chris and Claudia, the on-site manager, AUGUSTO, his crew (Frederico, Juan and Angeliz) and Paul, the production manager who stopped by on the final day to ensure all was going well, ALL were top-notch. They want to ensure you are pleased with the job. ANYTHING you are not 100% satisfied, they FIX and make it right!! Every single one of the painters are HARD working and did not slack. They work LONG hours!!! PLEASE people, take care of the people who take care of you! Put some snacks, and hydrating cold drinks out for them! Additionally, the coverage on the paint is awesome! I come from a background of relatives who are painters and perfectionists, so I know a good paint job! These guys do a VERY good job and a VERY fair price! I would recommend to ALL! As for the 1-star ratings, that are pulling the overall rating down on this company: The 1 stars seem to be predominately based on advertising flyers being put on your door, despite “no solicitation” signs. They have never rung our doorbell or bothered us, simply hung a flyer on the door, which is how we learned about them, consistent with other people’s reviews. I and others feel it’s an effective form of advertising. I don’t consider it a bother (again, they didn’t ring our doorbell or take up our time). Kudos to the “other” Paul (the owner) for operating such a great company!

Innovative Painting did an AWESOME job on our home! After getting many quotes, this company was BY FAR the most fair price we could find. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. They were also the ONLY painting company who would add some siding nails to the current siding where the old nails weren’t holding to anything anymore. Most painting companies just pound the old ones back in and caulk. (Then months later they just pop out again.) Customer service was spot on! Paul and Paul were communicative, professional and great to talk to from quote to the end of the project. Also the team they sent to do the hard work was FANTASTIC! My house looks fantastic!!! The team at Innovative Painting finished painting my house yesterday and I couldn’t be happier! Erik was the lead on my house and listened to all of my instructions (please don’t caulk here, we need to put cameras back up, etc) and meticulously hand painted all of my trim and it looks fantastic!! I had several areas of rotted trim they replaced. They took great care to not get any overspray of paint on my roof. Everytime I emailed the office team with a question I had a response back within 30 minutes. I had a scheduling request that they had no issue with. I love knowing they are locally owed also. To all the Karen’s out there upset about a door hanger advertisement: I bet you either own or work for a company that markets the business and advertises. This is a small local business that is marketing their services in a very non threatening and benign way. I also have a no soliciting sign on my front door and have never once thought “these people are terrible for putting an advertisement on my door”.

We were fortunate enough to have a warm streak that allowed us to paint in off season unexpectedly. Super accommodating to get us scheduled & done. The team that came was on time each day, courteous, & professional. They did a spectacular job. They cleaned up and were good about making sure the gate to the back yard was closed when they left. Don’t expect them to deal with insurance. That was not a concern to us as we can navigate that ourselves. Would absolutely use them again.

We just finished having Innovative Painting repaint the entire interior of our home. Everything was excellent, from the estimate done by Jason, to the scheduling and coordination of the work by Chris, and ultimately to the execution of the painting by Sammy and crew. We used their color consultant, Ann Elizabeth, who was extremely helpful as well. The job was completed with no delays and with no mishaps. Every day, Sammy showed us the progress and asked for any issues. Professionally done with great skill and care, we are very happy customers. There was no contract and no deposit. Payment was requested at completion after a walk through and acceptance of a completed job. These people do what they say they will do and they do it well. Highly recommended.

We had to get a quote for insurance for water damage which took a while. Jason provided the quote and was very good with all follow up. This dragged on for few months and then we had to change our start dates due to our team having Covid. No problem, this company moved our start dates a few times at our request and always checked in to see if we were still good with the dates. The painters showed up on time, prepped the showroom and in two days had us completed. No mess, no issues. The job was executed very well. And they took no deposit. We paid the day the job was done! There are many things about my house that make doing a good job difficult (e.g. lots of deck railings that had to be painted by hand), which made the quality of their work especially impressive. I was also very pleased by the fact that throughout the process they always showed up when they said they would. I'm a picky customer and did a thorough walk around after the work was complete. The workmanship, respect for the property and particular consideration for owner requests (myself) is nothing short of miraculous. I worked with several Denver painting companies to bid the job. Not only did Innovative Painting compete with a reasonable bid but their customer service was excellent from day one. They promptly retuned my phone call, answered questions (with quality explanations), plus set an appointment to visit / walk the property without hassle. Owner Paul Truex walked the project with me and made recommendations as we discussed details regarding necessary repair work and paint treatment. Regarding cost… While not the least expensive bid, I was impressed by the detailed estimate presentation and assistance we received in determining what actually needed to be done. When the crew came they were extremely respectful and skillful in executing their responsibilities. Crew leader Elizabeth re-walked the project with me prior to start to verify / clarify expectations and work through any oversite gaps. Paul took extra care regarding some very specific concerns throughout the project and made good on all promises.
